Industrial Glass Oven Decommissioned

A glass production plant needed to have one of their older glass ovens dismantled and removed. MSK would need to remove the oven and all its components during working hours while the shop was in full production mode.

We sat down with the production manager and designed a plan to safely work to remove the oven while communicating with all the employees as we dismantled the oven and moved all the parts outside into an open parking lot where we could load the items for disposal.
